Need foam for your kayak? Want to make a great kneeling block in your canoe? We have lots of foam blocks, 3" thick x 8" wide x 24" long. Buy them for $14 each. They can be cut with a saber/jig saw, roughed up with sandpaper to a suede finish, and contact cemented into your boat or to each other.

This is the block plane that has been the standard for years. They recently redesigned this model and we have several of the old style left over. These are brand new planes and we have used this design for years.

Adjustable throat for ejecting shavings efficiently, 21 degree blade setting (this is NOT a low angle plane).

We manufacture cedar strips here and after a while we build up a quantity of short strips. These 'shorts' are the result of a knot or blemish in a longer strip that is culled out. Physically these shorts are the same as our longer strips but with more color variation. This is Northern White Cedar, very lightweight and flexible.

Here is what we currently have for "Shorts":

3', 4' and 5' northern white cedar (pictured) packaged in bundles of 28 strips. Your cost is $.35 per lineal foot of strip material (compared to $.55/lineal foot for longer material). Multiply the amount in a bundle (28) x length to get the lineal footage.

Sold in 28 strip bundles only. That's 84 lf for 3', 112 lf for 4', and 140 lf for 5'.
